The
Logic Manege Grader range is ideal for quick and efficient
levelling of artificial surfaces for indoor and outdoor
Arenas and Riding Schools.
This
system has several advantages over more basic tools like
Chain Harrows or a Scrubber.
It is light weight and very easy to use, highly manoeuvrable,
incorporates a plough to bring in material from the side
boards and is capable of producing a level finish in ‘one
pass’ - saving valuable time.
The Grader in basic form will level a variety of surface
types with very little effort.
Wheels are incorporated for easy transportation to and
from the working area and allow reversing into corners
to pull
out any build up of material.
When fitted with the Wheel Track Levelling Kit, it enables
the grading of a rough surface in ‘one pass’.
Blade design incorporates an opening end section, which angles
back to ‘plough’ material in from the perimeter
boards and features a rubber buffer to prevent any damage
from side boards.
The Logic Manege Grader is ideal for use behind an ATV
but can be used with any suitable vehicle. As with all
Logic
products it is of sturdy construction, features quality
components and is a utility that will complement any equestrian
establishment.

SPECIFICATION

Wheel
Track Levelling Kit - essential if a ‘one pass’ system
is required. On any rough surface, the area immediately
in front of each wheel is graded to provide a level
track to travel on. This provides a stable platform
for the main blade to produce a smooth finish on the
first pass. |
| |
Alternative
Hitches - e.g. Clevis, for use behind other suitable
towing vehicles. |

POINTS
TO CONSIDER
When
considering a Logic Manege Grader, you should take note
of the following features that make it stand out
from any
other similar products.
| |
WHEEL
TRACK LEVELLING KIT is an option on our
grader, but is chosen by 99% of our customers. It
comprises a
plough in front of each wheel, which can be adjusted for depth of working,
depending on the manege surface material. This reduces the undulation of
the surface to a mere fraction of the original, and creates a level path
for each wheel to
travel on. The following main blade can be
set to grade the surface accordingly. The end result
is a simple “one pass” system that saves
so much time over the life of the implement. |
| |
EVEN
BALANCE of the Logic grader is important,
not only from front to rear, but side to side, in
order to achieve easy manoeuvrability and a perfectly
level mode of action. |
| |
LIFT
MECHANISM is very easy to operate on the
Logic grader. This facility enables quick and easy
reversing into corners to pull out any build up of
material and easy adjustment of the settings for
the blade depth, wheel track levelling blades and
perimeter plough. |
| |
EDGE
BLOCK on the Logic grader is made of an
extremely hard-wearing rubber, to allow continual
contact with the perimeter boards when grading the
outer area. This block prevents any damage to the
grader or the boards and will not require any maintenance,
unlike a wheel type buffer. |
| |
BLADE
DESIGN is no accident. The shape has been
formulated to produce the best levelling performance
with least spillage. Compared to straight, or other
shaped blades, ours levels and firms more, which
is important with some lighter materials. |
| |
WORKS
ON MOST SURFACES, like pure sand, sand /
fibre mixtures, sand / plastic mixtures, sand / rubber
mixtures, even on wood chip surfaces. It doesn’t
like surfaces of large rubber pieces, but we’re
working on that one ! |

Extract
from “British Horse Society” magazine reference,
Winter report from their rescue centre at
Stonecroft
, Warwickshire. |
 |
“ With
all maneges in use this time of year, keeping the surface
level and soft is a must if ongoing use is to be maintained.
With exercising in the paddock during the winter months being a non starter the
two maneges at the centre are in constant use , whether it be for individual
riding or just for turning out area for short periods. The Logic Surface Grader
together with Rhonda makes short work of levelling each manege, with once around
the boards (pulling any excess material from these areas) and then once over
the surface means 10 minutes is all it takes to bring the surface back into shape.
The Logic grader has several clever features including the already mentioned
plough system, a wheel track levelling kit levels the ground in front of each
wheel which ensures the main blade at the rear is kept level. The grader’s
wheels also make it easy to reverse into corners or behind jumps and tow back
to its storage area when finished with. Finally there is an option of a 50mm
ball or clevis hitch to suit different towing vehicles. This product is well
made and offers exceptional value for money.” |
